Suite à des informations données par Mr Atomic Carbon, des supports d'amortisseurs avant et arrières de RB5 pourraient être disponible en fonction de la demande!

Here comes the whole details about those products:

I recently purchased some adhoc RB5 shockmounts that were developed with help from Stu Wood. These are the usual high standard atomic items, made in really nice thick 4mm carbon for extra strength. The front mount has an additional hole in the more upright position, and the rear has 2 more holes in the upright position to get the shocks more vertical.

Jonathan at atomic wasn't sure of the demand for these hence why they are currently bespoke jobs. I told him i would start a thread on here to guage peoples interest. Hopefully if enough people are interested he can make them as a stock item which should bring the price down slightly compared to the bespoke price.

If you fancy a pair for your RB5 then please reply to this thread to show your interest.

Price products is not define yet but expected to be around £15/18 (24-27 euros) but those price will drop as the demand will increase

Jonathan Clarke from Atomic Carbon always has some interesting things hidden away in the boot of his car and we managed to *** him into letting us take a look with the promise we'd not take photos - luckily we brought our camera along.

Jonthan had a couple of interesting cars he's created - the first being this stunning HPI Cyber 10b with thick machined carbon fibre chassis. The chassis is as narrow as the Durango chassis but retains the wide bodyshell and undertray in this case.

Below is a kevlar / carbon fibre tub chassis for the S4 which Mat Dodd is testing, the chassis has a outer layer of kevlar and the normal inner layers of carbon fibre, the kevlar should help reduce any wear to a minimum on the chassis, and also doubles up as a small bullet proof vest in emergences lol. The only draw back is with kevlar is that when you do wear down to the kevlar it can get hairy.

Ceramic Bearings

We now stock a range of steel bearings with ceramic balls (the same as our range of diff and thrust balls) complete with rubber seals. Each bearing contains bearings for the drivetrain of the car only.

Ceramic diff and thrust balls

We now stock a range of ceramic (Silicone Nitride (Si3N4) ) diff and thrust balls to suit most popular cars. 3/32" diff balls, 5/64" and 1/16" thrust balls.

These are available in single packs or diff rebuild packs which include a set of diff and thrust balls at a special price to completely rebuild a diff.

Atomic Carbon - Frederic Pain joins the team

French national champion Frederic Pain (PETIT RC's driver) joins Atomic Carbon and will be driving the S4 in the french national series, and also as part of the french off road team he will be racing at the World Championships in Japan in 2007.

Fred was the french national champion in 2003 and 2004 and was the runner up in 2006.

Keep a eye on PETIT RC for race results from the French nationals.

Atomic Carbon will soon be releasing the S4 conversion kit for the BJ4WE, come back soon for more exclusiv details on PETIT RC.
