This is a one time offer for you to have input to which area we should use there will be a meeting on Saturday 29th January at Maritime Raceway the meeting will start at 12pm

Maritime Racing are pleased to inform you that the first meeting at the all new Maritime Racing Off Road Venue will take place on Sunday 21st October - This will coincide with the start of the new Off Road War Winter Championship.

Also offered will be a practice day on Saturday 20th October prices and info will be found on the Maritime Racing Web Site soon.

Both days have 4 quilfing and 1 final (A final over 3 legs)

TC1: 2 Wheel Drive Saturday 25th February

TC2: 4 Wheel Drive Sunday 26th February

10 A finalists and then to the top three in each final B and down in each class

You will be competing to take the top title of Off RoadWars Two Day World Cup Champion in two wheel and four wheel drive to accompany this title there is also a prize fund please see table below

Back again for another year is the ever popular Sweep UK Rug Racers series - one of the UK’s best and biggest series again sponsored by Sweep and in association with Racer Magazine. The series will be running over six rounds with from four to count starting next month. The dates are:

9 October 2011

6 November 2011

4 December 2011

15 January 2012

12 February 2012

4 March 2012

As in 2010-11, Rug Racers will be donating all monies from the raffle and from selling cakes to Macmillan Cancer Support and last year they made an amazing £500. The series is once again being sponsored by Sweep UK, but this year in association with Racer Magazine who have very kindly donated a subscription for the raffle at each round. Sweep UK will be kindly donating around £100 of raffle prizes per round and as Hobby Wing are also supporting the series, they will be providing items too.

The classes will be:

13.5T Open TC (adjustable timing allowed)

21.5T Open TC (adjustable timing allowed)

Modified Open TC (10.5T or lower)

Mardave V12

The cost to book in will be £11 via Central Booking per meeting with 13-year-olds and under £8. Booking in on the day, will cost £13. Each meeting will consist of four qualifiers and two finals.

OFF ROAD WARS TWO DAY WORLD CUP

After successfully running two editions of the Petit RC, Maritime Racing has been contacted by a number of off-road drivers asking us to run an off-road meeting of our own, with this in mind and the great news that Maritime Racing is NOT losing its venue.

Maritime Racing in association with Schumacher Racing, Kyosho, Team Extreme, DMS Racing and Racer Magazine are proud to present its first winter Off Road Two Day Championship.

Off Road Wars Two Day World Cup.

This will be run over two day's 26th and 27th February 2011

Both days will consist of four qualifying rounds and 2 Finals up to the B Final (A Final over 3 legs).

Classes

2WD: 2 Wheel Drive Saturday 26th February

4WD: 4 Wheel Drive Sunday 27th February

Control Tyre :- Rear tyre U6608, Yellow Mini Pin Rear, Front tyre U6607, Yellow mini pin 4WD, U6609 Slim Yellow Mini Pin or U6592 Slim Stagged rib
