Possibility to adjust the flexibility of the chassis. The lightest 4WD buggy in the world (1510- 1540g), Thanks to the universal shape of the side panels, it is possible to use bodies of all known manufacturers( Xray, Asso, Team Lossi, Yokomo).

According Frufli " I often have more and more improvements in my thoughts. However, some are very complex for amateur production, such as a new type of wheel suspension so that the shock absorbers can be used horizontally. A very simple principle occurred to me, but new wheel suspensions would have to be made for this type. Furthermore, it would be easy to produce active swivel rear wheels and other ideas."

Alexander Hagberg started his quest for a seventh consecutive European championship title in his favourite class by immediately pulling a gap over Ollie Payne and then clicked off the laps unchallenged to take the leg one from Ollie with Joern Neumann having a lonely run to third. Leg two was a repeat of leg one at the very front, with Ollie just unable to challenge Alex, the two both capable of lapping at the same speed but Alex looking a little more comfortable at 100%. This allowed him to edge away, crossing the line to retain his title at the earliest possible opportunity at the end of leg two. Payne crossed the line in second with Freddy Sudhoff making his way up to third With the title safely in his pocket Alex opted to sit out leg three, presenting an opportunity for the remaining drivers to score a leg win to improve their overall position. Joern Neumann managed to get ahead of Ollie Payne early on, and a win combined with his third place in leg one would beat the two second places that Ollie had scored. Ollie eventually battled his way past Joern and proceeded to pull away to take the leg win and secure second overall, with Joern’s second place in the leg confirming his place on the overall podium.

Joern Neumann led away from his pole position in leg one, then a small mistake on the opening lap presented Markus Mobers with an opportunity to make a move for the lead. This also allowed Mark Stiles and Louis Parker past Joern too, giving Markus the chance to build a lead while the rest of the field battled over second position. Neumann eventually prevailed to appear at the front of the chasing pack, but too late to present a challenge to Mobers who took home the leg win from Neumann and a hard charging Louis Parker in third. Leg two proved to be relatively uneventful, with Neumann taking a lights to flag win from Mobers with Stiles in third, meaning the title would be decided in the third leg. Neumann led leg three away, but was unable to shake the attention of Mobers who remained within one second of Joern for the first six minutes, unable to quite get close enough to make a move but not allowing him any breathing space either. Eventually Neumann managed to edge away as the pair carved through the traffic, crossing the line in the lead to secure his maiden European championship title in the 1/12th class. Markus finished second again to secure second overall, while Mark Stiles took third in the leg to ensure he would take the final step on the overall podium.

We have 4 new products to announce today.

The B64 LP Battery Post Set allows for the drop-in fit of the feather-light (150 gram range) "LP" Low-Profile LiPo Batteries into a B64 or B64D.   Dropping between 50 and 70 grams over a conventional shorty battery, the reduced weight and lower CG allows for faster cornering and acceleration.

Racers can use the same baseline setup as the heavier battery pack, but we recommend trying a longer rear link on the hub or tower to gain a bit more rear traction.   Also, you can add 20 grams to the right rear behind the battery to achieve more rear grip and still save tons of weight over a normal battery.

2. 2 pcs. included with mount screws, instructions, and Coach's Tips.
3. Recommended for 5 minute modified and up to 7 minute 13.5 4wd races without any drop-off.

Also new on our popular line for V2 Associated 12mm pistons (screw-on type) we are offering 3 new variants.   The 3 x 1.5mm Flat pistons are popular for 2wd and 4wd buggies in rear.   Also, we are offering a new 3+1 line of split hole pistons, with the +1 additional hole added to give more grip and forgivement in bumpy conditions compared to a standard 3-hole.    The addition of the small 4^th hole gives less low-speed damping resistance, resulting in more traction.  It also alters the damping progression relative to a conventional piston, giving less resistance initially before ramping as the shock speed increases.

Chris Hahlen extends with LRP! 

OR8 Racer Chris Hahlen has chosen to remain with Blue is Better and also continues to use the products of Team Associated, Sanwa and AKA at his races.

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced the XB2 Brass Rear 
Weight for all Xray XB2 with laydown gearboxes. The weight is made from 
high-quality brass material and is a direct fit to the vehicle's 
gearbox. The weight adds 34g to the rearmost part of the chassis for 
increased traction in lower grip conditions. The weight comes coated in 
black and with machined gold-colour edge details to match the remainder 
of RDRP's brass option parts.

Developed by our international race team it is best used on Astro and carpet surfaces.

The team have found the wider pivot has better jump landing performance and increased agility in direction change.

The conversion only increases the pivot width and does not increase the track width of the buggy.

The Silverstone Winter Series concluded with wins for Tom Yardy in 2WD, Paul Crompton in 4WD, and Richard Miller in the truck class.

Tom Yardy secured the 2WD series win from team mates Charlie Ware in 2nd and Jack Neal in 3rd, all running the new Cougar KC.

Greg Williams wrapped up the 4WD series win with his CAT K2, ahead of Matt Dodd and Felix de Hamel.
Congratulations to the drivers and everyone involved in putting on another excellent series.

Swedish nationals was held at the new track in Hässleholm. Total of 70drivers in touring car, 1/12 and formula class. In touring car class there was the local star with Daniel Carlsson and Swedish top names like Marcus Hellqvist, Fabian Vernersson, Jonas Andersson and Viktor Wilck. In qualifying Wilck would TQ all rounds and line up as 1st for the final followed by hellqvist and Carlsson. Serpent team showed most drivers in the final with Wilck as TQ, Fabian Vernersson in 5th, Lukas Knutsson in 6th and Christian Holmström in 8th. All driving the 4x car. 
Wilck would dominate the finals but a miss fortune with a lapped car in A2 kept tension high until the last final. Wilck would then cruise to a solid victory in the last final in front of Hellqvist. Daniel Carlsson would take 3rd to complete the podium.
