TRF418 Chassis Kit

- will be displayed at the Tokyo Hobby Show September 16/17

- to be released November/December as usual

- list price in Japan to be 83790 yen (same as TRF417V5)

Apparently the car was run at the Japanese nationals a week ago. Looks like it will be all new with most info coming from Japan indicating new chassis, bulkheads, motor mount, suspension arms, servo mount, roll bars etc. Let's see what info becomes available within the next few days...

● All Brand New "TRF418 chassis" appeared towards the IFMAR World Championships to be held in 2014. Machine a whole new main parts all test tires and power source of latest. Si vous voulez en voir de près ce week-end, il semblerait que celles d'un triple champion du monde soient de sortie ce week-end du côté de Longwy ;)

Et si vous voulez rouler à côté de lui il est même encore temps de s'inscrire!!

Here you can see the new separate suspension blocks with material removed to clear steering links at all settings. You can also see the new 54479 Separate Suspension Mount Setting Spacer (0.5mm/4pcs.) which is included with the kit. The standard setting is as you can see 0.5mm under the blocks. 1C blocks are included.

Good picture of the slim and heavily lightened motor mount. Notice how all parts have the edges chamfered for a very nice look. The anodizing is also perfect as usual on TRF kits.

Qu'est ce qui ce passe chez Tamiya on peut trouver la 418 à 440$ sur certains sites !!!!!!

Le retour de Tamiya dans l'hexagone ;)

La denière production Touring de Tamiya commence à faire des émules dans les stands, comme en témoigne Walter Pollet-Villard, poleman et vainqueur de la finale A sur cette manche, qui a délaissé sa Team Magic pour une TRF418.
