ben en fait tu n'as plus de cremalliere de direction ,il est remplacer par l e renvoie

voila le lien du site qui a les photo pour te faire comprendre ce systeme qui va te simplifié la vie et oui il est absolument prevu pour le 22 tlr buggy truck sct qui sont les mêmes au niveau direction

Je vais essayer avec la graisse et je garde ca en réserve.

Un ami de mon club ayant un losi 22 a fini par passer aussi au renvoi de direction exotek.

Le rail d'origine du losi 22 se grippe avec la poussière ou alors gonfle avec l'humidité (roulage en hiver)

En bref c'est mal conçu !

22 STEERING RACK VER.2 SET- 22, 22SCT, 22T

All new Version 2 design! Even more compact design that uses less parts which means it has a new lower price!

This ultra smooth ball bearing and bushing supported design was carried over from our popular parts for other buggy models and is surprisingly compact and efficient on the TLR 22 line of cars. The conversion bolts into the stock locations of the 22 chassis, with ease, and uses all of the stock hardware.

The geometry is spot on with the steering rack working in perfect tandem with the front links and suspension of the 22. The reverse mounted steering cranks matches the movement of the steering knuckles resulting in aligned angles of the steering turnbuckles when turning left and right.

Bump steer can be easily changed by spacing the rack up or down and the steering link angle can be changed by adding spacers to the inboard ball ends.

The inboard ball ends laydown position also helps eliminate ball cups popping off from the stock 22SCT rack.

Constructed of high quality alloy with the rack and cranks made of 7075 alloy and all alloy parts anodized in polished gun metal gray.

The design is very tunable and so allows for experienced racers to experiment with set ups.

Je roule sue piste poussièreuse et c'est la 2ème fois que je dois démonter la glissière pour la nettoyer complètement, tant elle se bloque (et bloque donc la direction ...).

Salut,

Attention au niveau de la direction du 2.0 de ne pas trop aller chatouiller les butées car les nouvelles pièces (fusées) ont tendance à arque bouter la direction; ce n'est pas le rack en lui-même qui coince. sinon, pour le rack lui-même je n'ai jamais eu de souci de coincement.

L'alternative Exotek (version révisée) en photo au dessus me semble pas mal. je vais tester ça la semaine prochaine

Salut,

Cette nouvelle direction made in Losi est une bonne nouvelle, ça va permettre d'équiper du 22 sans forcément passer par la case Exotek, qui est plus chère, qui demande des ajustements à la dremel pour se monter et avec (de visu) pas mal de jeu dans la direction (sur la nouvelle V2).

En tous cas ça semble donner une direction à la cinématique différente de ce que l'on a avec un rack; je parle de l'exotek qui est montée sur mon chassis (la nouvelle version).

Silencer TLR 22 2.0 MM Body

JConcepts, out to Silence the competition, debuts new Silencer body design for TLR 22 2.0 MM vehicle.

The JConcepts design team has spent many hours in development with leading team drivers to develop a new high-speed style body, specifically for the latest circuits. One of the most recognizable items, the Silencer body style, has now been designed for perfect fit and finish on the TLR 22 2.0 MM buggy.

A brand-new, ground up design, the Silencer, has new elements created for the highest speed circuits. A profiled, Finnisher stance cockpit and forward raised side-pod gives the Silencer an immediate fighting appearance. A smooth, high-speed transition around the cab, keeps the Silencer heading in the right direction. A slight recess just behind the cab with channeling out the rear provides rear-end stability. The Silencer side-pods have a clipped rear-end, narrowing the rear by angling in just in front of the rear tires. The rear side-pods angle sharply toward the shock tower and wing, enhancing the force placed on the rear pods during high-speed acceleration.

The main pods are heavily chamfered near the front and lightly toward the rear allowing plenty of paint and decal access. The end result has the body looking extremely low-profile with heavy JConcepts edginess and appeal. The Silencer is capped off with a cock-pit “shark fin” for more high-speed tracking stability and increased roof stiffness. The package includes two, 6.5” Hi-Clearance wings pre-marked for the TLR 22 2.0 MM for the easiest application.

Sticky Liks Racing Components (SLRC) comes this range of lightweight alloy chassis plates for both the Associated B5M and the TLR 22 2.0. With the standard chassis’ made from 7000 series aluminium, the SLRC plates have been made from 6061 T6 aluminium and are also 0.5mm thinner than standard for a saving of between 23 to 26 grams.

j'ai quelques questions pour les possesseurs de 22 2.0!

Tout d'abord que faut il prévoir avec l'achat du kit (je pense m'acheter un 22 2.0 en kit et un 22 en occases pour le spares)?Toujours aussi costaud que la première version?

Quels sont les options indispensables?

je voudrais roulé shorty ,bonne idée sachant que je roule autant sur terre que moquette?
