DEX210-Avid-Triad-0006.jpg

AVID’s Triad Slipper Clutch has had much success since it’s recent debut and has found its way into the vehicles of RC’s top drivers. This killer slipper is now available for the Durango DEX210 and made its debut at last months running of the Cactus Classic in Arizona with much success and positive feedback from the Durango team. You will be able to get popular spur gear sizes for both modified and stock racing and mesh perfectly with Robinson pinion gears. Check out Avid’s webpage (www.avidrc.com) frequently for the release date and availability the DEX210 Triad Slipper Clutch. – Joel Navarro

Here’s some verbiage and specs from the Avid website…

The new AVID Triad Slipper Clutch has several advantages over the current slipper offerings. The design allows the clutch to transmit power, yet still maintain a degree of slip without overheating. The amount of difference in the clutch can only be explained after running it. When racers run our clutch, and then switch back to standard, it becomes clear how many areas of the track the AVID clutch improves the car.

We are offering two kit setups to better suit your needs. The only difference between the Mod and Stock kits will be the spurs that are included. That’s right we are including two spurs in each kit with the Mod kit having 81/84 and the Stock 72/76/69/66.

Highlights

smoother throttle/brake feel in jumps as well as turns

consistent performance (jumps are the same every lap)

light weight, compact design (TRIAD 11.2g Vs. Stock 16.4g)

longer life with less maintenance

Made for all 210 series kits is the all new V2 steering rack. The main revision is the move to horizontal steering balls for more prices adjustment and bump steer control.

The RDRP 210 Series Low-Roll-Centre Suspension Mount Set is specially designed for the Team Durango 210 series vehicles including the DEX210, DEST210 and DESC210. The LRC suspension mounts lower the vehicle's rear roll centre by 2mm in order to improve handling on medium to low-grip surfaces or when running spec tyres. Included in the set are the RF suspension mount as well as three RR mounts in the form of the 0/3, 1.5/3 and 3/3 variant. All parts are machined from aircraft-quality 7075-T6 aluminium, come black anodised and laser-etched for easy identification and a cool factory look. The blocks are a direct fit on the RDRP0184 Plus11 DEX210 Aluminium Chassis. DEX210 buggies with standard or aftermarket chassis and the DEST210 and DESC210 may require some do-it-yourself work in the wishbone/chassis area in order to give enough clearance for the arms.

The Revolution Design 210 Series Aluminium Steering Plate R2 is specially designed for the Team Durango 210 series vehicles including the DEX210, DEST210 and DESC210. The plate is totally redesigned from scratch and sports a new vertical inner ball stud position. This in combination with a more central and lower position of the ball studs does away with the need to use countless shims on the outer steering blocks in order to achieve zero bumpsteer. The steering plate is a direct replacement for the stock part and is CNC-machined from aircraft-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and comes black anodised and laser-etched for easy identification and a cool factory look. The RDRP 210 Series Aluminium Steering Plate R2 is a direct fit on the Team Durango DEX210, DEST210 and DESC210.

Barre d'ackerman REVOLUTION DESIGN

DEX210 +8MM CARBON CHASSIS SET

DSC_0001__63416.1373495146.1280.1280.JPG

Heavy duty performance race chassis for the DEX210.

Extra lightweight for more nimble response and with slightly more flex then the alloy chassis for increased overall grip to take advantage of the lighter weight.

+8mm chassis that includes alloy side plate extenders.

Includes a 7075 alloy nose plate for longer wear and extra strength at the chassis bend.

Chassis is made of 2.5mm thick USA made and machined carbon fiber.

Machined pockets at the rear of the chassis allows the use of LRC option suspension hangers.

Increased rear end surface area maintains chassis strength for mounting of the rear suspension hanger.

The chassis set is almost 1oz (26gr) lighter then the stock alloy chassis!

Requires part TD320122 Chassis Side Pod and TD320124 Side Mounts if you are not running the stock alloy chassis set currently.
